Tope Adekoya has extensive work experience, beginning with Bilateral Communications in 2010, where they were the Founding Partner. Tope then moved to GTBank in 2014, where they were the Corporate Communications and External Affairs. After this, they joined SME100Nigeria as the Director in 2014. In 2019, they became the Managing Partner at Verdant Homes, and in 2020 they were Director, Nigeria at Elephant Healthcare. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at 7-Fifteen Capital.

Tope Adekoya attended King's College, Lagos from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a High School degree. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Covenant University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained a Master of Arts in Advertising and Marketing from Coventry University. In 2019, they are currently enrolled in the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General.
