Steve Beck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and strategic management. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Novastar Ventures since March 2014, Steve Beck has been instrumental in fostering innovation in Africa through partnerships with entrepreneurs. In addition to this role, Steve Beck has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including Elephant Healthcare, NewGlobe, Komaza, and Sanergy. Previous leadership positions include Founding Partner at SpringHill Equity Partners and Chief Executive Officer at Geneva Global Inc. Steve Beck also held senior roles at Monitor Group and Gemini Consulting, focusing on strategy and consulting for leading global firms. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Government from The London School of Economics and an AB in Economics & International Relations from Stanford University.
