Bas den Boer has extensive experience in the field of personal and specialized support, currently serving as a specialistisch begeleider thuis at Eleos since January 2020. Previous roles include persoonlijke begeleider at Leger des Heils and Stichting Parousie, as well as begeleider at Arbeidstrainingcentrum 't Lichtpunt and Eleos. Bas den Boer also held positions as a begeleider at Stichting de Bruggen and as a ziekenverzorgende at both Witte Kruis and Stichting Zorgpartners, with an early career as an algemeen medewerker at Gezondheidsdienst voor Dieren.
