Tim Conlin is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing & Innovation at Elenco Electronics, Tim previously held the title of Marketing Director at Tyson Foods, where marketing strategy and capability development were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Director of Innovation and Sr. Director of Customer Marketing at Mars, where Tim led a significant Customer Marketing Team post-merger and spearheaded successful marketing initiatives, including a record-breaking Super Bowl activation for Skittles. Tim's earlier career at Wrigley and Mars involved leading brand strategy, innovation launches, and turnaround efforts for multiple iconic brands across various markets.
