Heather McSherry has a diverse and extensive work experience. Heather'smost recent position was at Elementum, where they started in 2020 and held various roles including Senior Director of Customer Success and Director of Customer Success. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, Heather owned and operated their own consulting group called McSherry Consulting Group. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Cerna Solutions, LLC as the Head of Sales and Marketing and previously as the Head of Sales. Heather's earlier experience includes working at Maryville Technologies as the Client Services Director and IT Strategist from 2001 to 2017. Before that, they worked at Impact Technologies Cybersecurity as a Software Engineer and Consultant in 2000-2001, Mobile Data as a Software Engineer in 1999-2000, and Data Research Associates, Inc. as a Software Engineer in 1996-1999.

Heather McSherry (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Heather obtained their degree, but the specific years of their attendance are not provided. In addition to their formal education, Heather has obtained several certifications in various fields. Heather is a Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow - The Enterprise Cloud Company, achieved in September 2011. Heather also holds the Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, obtained in May 2008, and the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, obtained in January 2003. Furthermore, they have achieved the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management certification from EXIN in February 2011.
