- Pierre-Alexandre Cichostepski
Pierre-Alexandre Cichostepski is a highly experienced leader in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the CEO and co-founder of Eléments since November 2015, where the company focuses on independent green electricity production with a portfolio of 700 MW of projects and a team of 40 engineers. Prior to this role, Pierre-Alexandre held various positions at EDF EN France from January 2010 to October 2015, including Manager of the Owner's Representative team and Owner's Representative, where responsibilities included project governance, investment dossier preparation, risk management, and strategic industrial strategy development. Earlier career highlights include serving as a strategy and organization consultant at A.T. Kearney, founding Idculture, and working as a Business Analyst Junior at DaimlerChrysler. Pierre-Alexandre holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from CentraleSupélec, completed in 2005.
