Craig Sinclair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and intelligence roles. Currently serving as Director at Elemental Outcomes since May 2024, Craig previously held the position of Director of Operations at The North Group, Inc., where responsibilities included operational oversight to enhance client value. Craig's earlier experience includes leadership roles at ASG Investigations and Sherlock Investigations, along with a decade of service in the New Zealand Defence Force as an Army Intelligence Officer, participating in significant deployments and counter-terrorism efforts. Craig's foundational intelligence expertise was gained through a career with the NZ Government, involving various high-level intelligence operations. An educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington, supplemented by military intelligence training.
