Greg Farley has a diverse work experience that includes positions at various companies. Greg started their career at Wayne Farley Construction as a Labourer from July 2004 to August 2015. During this time, they gained experience in handling clients, problem-solving, and developing task orientation. In 2016, they worked as an Intern at BidFoundry, a Field Sales Representative at Monumental Business Solutions, and a Teaching Assistant at Carleton University. In 2016, they also joined Kognitive Marketing as a Field Sales Representative. Since 2018, Greg has been working at Elemental Data Collection Inc., initially as an Assistant Team Lead from October 2018 to June 2020, and currently as a Team Lead from July 2020.

Greg Farley holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Business from Carleton University, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from the same university, from 2011 to 2015.
