Dave Converse has extensive experience in operations management within the market research industry, currently serving as AVP of Western Canadian Operations at Elemental Data Collection Inc. since October 2024. Prior to this role, Dave held a similar position at Léger from September 2019 to October 2024, and served as VP of Operations at NRG Research Group from May 2006 to September 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing call center operations and implementing quality control measures. Dave's career began at Ipsos Reid, where roles included Director of Winnipeg Field and Manager of OPSPM from February 1995 to April 2006. Dave holds a degree from The University of Winnipeg, where education was completed between 1993 and 1998, and graduated from Churchill High School in 1989.
