Kalpana Pawar is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Element Technologies Inc since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kalpana held the position of Delivery Head/VP - IT Practice at Empert Consultants from April 2022 to the present, and served as the Global Manager of Human Resources at Allied Worldwide from March 2015 to March 2022. Previous experience includes managerial roles in recruitment and HR at Convate, The Head Hunters India Pvt Ltd, Zenith Software, and Microland Limited since 2000. Kalpana holds a BA MBA in HR from M.O.P. Vaishnav College.
