Joseph Hladek is an accomplished Senior Design Engineer at Element Packaging since November 2017, specializing in new product innovation, 3D modeling, and prototyping using tools such as Autodesk Inventor and Keyshot. In addition, Hladek contributes expertise in special tuning, service, and restoration for British Vintage Motorworks. As the Conceptual Designer and Director at HladekA, Joseph provides consulting in industrial product design, development, and advanced prototyping techniques, including 3D printing. Hladek also has experience as Creator and Director of the independent film "Chosen Fallen" and has previously held various design roles, including at IV Design and Estée Lauder. Hladek's educational background includes a BFADT degree from Parsons School of Design, focusing on design and technology, film media, and art history.
