She has advised PR firms, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and government agencies on blogger relations and effective social media strategies. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as Licensing Expo, BlogHer, SXSW, AffiliateSummit, and TypeA Parent. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University with a BA and MA in History.
