Ryan Reffitt began their work experience in 2001 as an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Ryan then worked as a Bookkeeper at St. Joseph Today from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Chemical Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Commercial Loans and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Arbor Financial Credit Union as the Director of Commercial Banking. Currently, they are the President of Element 22 Commercial Group, a position they have held since 2018.

Ryan Reffitt attended St. Joseph's College (IN) from 1996 to 2000, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
