Lorenz Deppeler is an experienced professional in customer care and energy consultation, currently serving as Leiter Energieberatung at Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ) since July 2017. Previous roles include project manager at InnoPark Suisse SA and managerial positions in customer care at SUEZ and Degrémont Technologies, where responsibilities included departmental leadership and oversight of global customer service operations.
