Paula Harjula is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as Head of Customer Success at Elekta, Paula has previously held roles including Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager at Kaiku Health, as well as Independent Consultant/Producer for Toiminimi Paula Harjula. Additionally, Paula co-founded Nelinor, focusing on business development and marketing, and contributed to international marketing and business development at Kuwala. Paula holds a Master's Degree in International Design Business Management from Aalto University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
