Michelle Penderis is a Junior Release Manager at Electrum since August 2024, bringing a background in project management from a previous role as Project Manager at Quintessence from January 2021 to July 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Operations and Talent Coordinator at SPAN Digital Innovation from November 2019 to December 2020 and as Project/HR Coordinator at DIGI117 from May 2018 to April 2019. Michelle holds an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce from Stellenbosch University.
