Leonore Lotz is an accomplished sales and operations leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Sales at Electrum since August 2024, Leonore previously held the position of Acting VP of Sales at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa, where responsibilities included developing regional sales strategies and identifying target markets. Prior to that, Leonore was Executive Head - Enterprise at RSAWEB, overseeing operations, sales operations, and customer success, while also managing all Enterprise contracts. Experience also includes Operations and Financial Manager at Blue Mountain Hygiene, focusing on supply chain functions and new business development, as well as Senior Verification Analyst at BEE Empowered and Labour Consultancy. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School, additional studies in International Business Strategies, and ongoing pursuit of a Doctor's Degree in Management in Technology and Innovation at DaVinci Business School.
