Joe is a highly experienced service technician responsible for supporting some of Electrosonic's most important installations in the corporate, technology, museum, and visitor center sectors. He has been involved in project management and customer support roles for more than 20 years as part of a lifelong passion for audio and video systems. Joe brings wide-ranging experience and credentials to his current role, drawing on a background in live event production, project management, and system commissioning. He has the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues while remaining calm and focused. Joe is committed to quality customer support and aims to share his enthusiasm with clients and the Electrosonic team.
