Jenny Kerns, CPA, has over three decades of extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as President and Controller at ElectroShield since March 2016. In this role, Jenny directs all accounting activities, including cash and treasury management, while overseeing a team and managing external accountants. Responsibilities also encompass financial statement preparation, policy development, and strategic planning initiatives. Prior to ElectroShield, Jenny held various positions at STANDARD REGISTER from July 1988 to March 2016, progressing from Accounting Assistant to Finance Business Partner and Manufacturing Controller. Jenny earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University between 1985 and 1990.
