Navya Kamat has over a decade of experience in human resources and learning and development, currently serving at Electronica Finance Limited since April 2022. Previously, Navya worked at HDFC Bank Limited from April 2018 to April 2022 as a Training Quality Manager and Employee Engagement Manager, and at ICICI Bank from August 2011 to April 2018, focusing on product and process training as well as employee engagement and performance appraisal. Early career experience includes a role as HR-Talent Acquisition Manager at COPPERGATE CONSULTANTS LTD from January 2009 to June 2011. Navya holds an MCom in Management from the University of Mumbai, a Post Graduate degree in Banking and Finance from Manipal University, and a Bachelor's Degree in HR and Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
