Caroline Hometh is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience in the payments industry, currently serving as Cofounder and Managing Partner of RPY Innovations since 2010, where expertise includes hedging foreign exchange exposure and fraud mitigation in global acquiring. Caroline co-chairs the Payment Facilitation Committee at the Electronic Transactions Association and has held various significant roles, including Strategic Advisor at Global Acquiring Consultants, Director of International Sales at TransFirst, Director of Sales at E4X, and Vice President of Sales at both CyberCash and National Bankcard. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University-Long Beach, Caroline has a robust background in managing international sales and developing eCommerce merchant solutions.
