Volker Pinsdorf has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the People Practices Director for Central Europe at Electronic Arts since June 2021, after holding the position of Senior People Practices Manager. Volker has been involved in recruiting for Central and Eastern Europe and also fulfills the role of HR Manager for Germany since January 2010. Prior to joining Electronic Arts, Volker served as an HR Manager at EA Phenomic, where responsibilities included full HR and recruitment services for the studio's key project, "BattleForge." Earlier career roles include positions at BERTELSMANN, inmediaONE GmbH as a recruiter, and as an HR consultant at strategie M Unternehmensberatung GmbH. Volker holds a Diplom in Industrial Psychology from RWTH Aachen University and has additional training from the Academy for the Art of Coaching.
