Mihir Vaidya currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Electronic Arts (EA) since 2022. Previously, Mihir served as a Partner at McKinsey & Company from 2015 to 2022, focusing on corporate strategy and holistic transformation for leading firms in technology, media, and telecommunications. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at A.T. Kearney from 2013 to 2015. Educational background includes an Honors BSc. in Actuarial Science from the University of Toronto, French Immersion studies at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, and attendance at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
