Elaine Lai is a seasoned professional in organizational leadership and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Director of People Partnerships at Electronic Arts (EA) since July 2019, with a focus on Canada. Additionally, Elaine has been a Faculty Member at Vancouver Community College, developing and facilitating the Human Resources Management course. Previous roles include Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at LifeLabs, Global Human Resources Business Partner at Rocky Mountaineer, and various positions within Delta Hotels and Marriott International, where Elaine contributed to talent development, HR policy implementation, and performance management. Elaine holds advanced degrees in Adult Education from Simon Fraser University and is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Adler University, complemented by further qualifications in Human Resources Management and Adult Education.
