Lauren Merritt has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards for North America at Electrolux. Previously, Lauren held several senior roles at Family Dollar, including Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Human Resources Operations, and Divisional Vice President of Total Rewards and Shared Services. Earlier in the career, Lauren served as the Manager of Compensation & Research Services at The Employers Association and worked as an Employment Specialist at the Buffalo & Erie County Private Industry Council. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business and HR from Niagara University and a bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo.
