Rohit Kumar Jha is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in finite element analysis (FEA), computer-aided engineering (CAE), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and product design. Currently serving as the Manager of Engine Systems at EMD (Electro-Motive Diesel) since May 2018, Rohit oversees various engineering projects focusing on reliability and design failure mode effects analysis (DFMEA). Previously, Rohit held the position of Senior FEA Analyst at EMD from October 2012 to January 2017, where responsibilities included conducting structural and fatigue analyses for engine components. Prior roles include FEA analysis for L&T Integrated Engineering Services and Trelleborg Automotive, focusing on structural components and rubber-related analyses. Rohit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Tool Design & CAD-CAM from Indo German Tool Room Aurangabad and a B.Tech in Industrial Production Engineering from Dehradun Institute of Technology.
