Eoin Dunphy is a highly experienced structural engineer currently serving as a Specialist Lead Structural Engineer at ESB since July 2021. Previously, Eoin held the position of Senior Structural Engineer at T.J. O'Connor & Associates, focusing on the Ringsend Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade Project. Eoin also worked as a Structural Design Engineer at Garland, contributing to various public, commercial, and healthcare projects, and as an Installation/Structural Engineer at Seaway Heavy Lifting, with expertise in finite element analysis. Eoin's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin. Early career experience includes internships at Arup and DBFL Consulting Engineers, and a civil engineering role with Bray Town Council responsible for the formulation of the Bray Town Emergency Flood Plan.
