Caoimhe Keoghegan is an experienced change practitioner with a robust background in transformation programs within both public and private sectors, particularly in the health and FMCG industries. Currently serving as Team Lead in Change Management at ESB since April 2022, Caoimhe previously held various managerial roles at EY in People Consulting, focusing on project and change management, organizational design, and stakeholder engagement. Additional experience includes roles as Medical Scientist at the Health Research Board and Teaching roles at University College Dublin and Colaiste Ide. Caoimhe holds a Master of Science in Translational Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Health and Life Sciences from University College Dublin, along with a Certificate in Professional Leadership from Maynooth University.
