Morgan Zealear is an experienced engineer with a strong background in manufacturing and assembly services. Currently serving as an Assembly Services Product Engineer at Swagelok Northern California since April 2016, Morgan previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineer at Sierra Instruments from 2007 to April 2016. Morgan's expertise includes improving manufacturing reliability through design iteration, capital equipment and tooling, process and quality control, as well as adherence to ISO 9001:2008 and NIST 17025 standards. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, earned in 2007.
