Samer Mansour is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and business management. Currently serving as an English Instructor at Y SCHOOLS since September 2024, Samer has also held various roles at Electric House بيت الكهرباء since November 2013, including Business Performance Consultant and Business Performance Manager, where expertise was applied in developing and implementing a performance management system. Additional experience includes a role as Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing ISO 9001 compliance and company policies. Previously, Samer worked as a Human Resources Specialist at alfanar, focusing on employee relations and organizational structure, and served as a Call Center Representative at Syriatel Telecommunications Co.
