Matthew Lish is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and business development within the refrigeration and controls industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at ElectraTherm since January 2022, Matthew previously held the same title at VaCom Technologies, focusing on industrial controls and energy monitoring for the Food & Beverage and Cold Storage sectors. Matthew’s career includes significant roles at BITZER US Inc., where responsibilities encompassed business development and sales management for mobile air conditioning and refrigeration in North America. Early career experience includes roles at The ACS Group in production scheduling and materials management and FM Global as a Loss Prevention Engineer. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Operations Management, Decision Sciences, and Corporate Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
