Ebenezer Owusu has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and sourcing roles. Ebenezer started their career as a Talent Sourcer and Clients Acquisition specialist at Freelancer.com from August 2017 to May 2021. During this time, they gained experience in sourcing for various technical and non-technical roles across multiple industries. Ebenezer then joined CoreAxis Consulting in June 2021 as a Talent Sourcing Specialist. Here, they focused on sourcing and recruiting for Fortune 500 companies to meet their learning and development needs. Finally, after the acquisition of CoreAxis by eLearning Brothers (eLB), Ebenezer joined ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) in May 2022 as a Talent Sourcing Partner. In this role, they specialize in fulfilling roles in eLearning, LMS Administration, Training, Project Management, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, UX/UI, and Technical Writing for Fortune 500 companies.

Ebenezer Owusu completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Education from the University of Education, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in various subjects. In May 2022, they successfully completed the "Communicating About Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Communication within Teams," and "Inclusive and Professional Conversations on LinkedIn" certifications from ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers).
