Phil Turner has extensive experience in information technology and systems development, currently serving as an Information Technology Network Technician at ELE Advanced Technologies Ltd since April 2021. Prior to this role, Turner held positions at Burnley College as a Business Systems Developer and Lecturer from September 2006 to March 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a PC Systems Programmer and Network Manager at Kemira from April 1990 to February 2004, and as a Systems Operator at Barclays from April 1986 to April 1990. Phil Turner earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Information Systems from The University of Bolton between 2002 and 2005, with additional educational credentials from Lancaster University and the University of Central Lancashire.
