Rosello Yannick has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving as Responsable de restaurant at Eldora SA since August 2020 and holding similar positions at the same company from January 2011 to September 2019. Prior roles include Assistant gérant at Eldora SA and 1er Maître d'hôtel/sommelier at Relais & Châteaux from February 2001 to December 2010, overseeing two restaurants and bars, client relations, and stock management. Rosello also worked as 2nd Maître d'hôtel at Lausanne Palace & Spa from October 1998 to June 2000, managing operations across various outlets and large events.
