Rick Hinton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in analytics strategy, consulting, and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Analytics Strategy & Transformation at Elder Research, Rick previously founded and led Valerius Consulting, focused on cultivating analytics-ready environments within organizations. Rick has also held key leadership roles at Cogit Analytics, enhancing predictive analytics for hospital staffing, and Portal Solutions, where significant growth was achieved in content management and business intelligence solutions. Early career experiences include management positions at Synteractive, Red Hill Group LLC, netDecide Corporation, Ernst & Young, and KPMG. Rick holds a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, and completed the CFP Professional Education Program at the College for Financial Planning.
