Ludovic Lanfray has extensive experience in technical and application support, currently serving as Responsable support technique et applicatif at ELCIMAI since June 2017. Prior roles include Responsable support client et qualification at Imnet from March 2012 to February 2017 and Responsable support applicatif at Fininfo from January 2005 to March 2012. Responsibilities at ELCIMAI involve leading two teams, managing application administration on various operating systems, and ensuring incident resolution through JIRA.
