Stefan Heinzer is a Senior Software Architect and Project Coach at ELCA Group, where responsibilities include coaching nearshore teams, supporting organizational development, and enhancing software architecture and craftsmanship since February 2017. Prior to this role, Stefan served as a Senior Software Architect, providing consultancy for a large Swiss financial institution by designing and implementing distributed applications for automated train routing. Stefan's experience also includes leading a project for a governmental organization, managing multi-phase rollouts of integrated business data platforms. Previously at K&W Software AG, Stefan held positions such as Head of R&D, Head of Marketing Sales, and Software Architect, focusing on technology evaluation and software solutions in financial services. Educational qualifications include a Dr. sc. ETH in Biomedical Engineering from ETH Zürich, a CAS from the University of St.Gallen, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from ETH Zürich.
