Netanel Vardi is a seasoned HW System Engineer team leader with extensive experience at Elbit Systems Ltd since November 2009, where responsibilities include the design, development, purchase, and integration of multidiscipline systems, particularly in video, network, computer, and electronic systems engineering. Vardi's expertise encompasses writing specifications, technical proposals, and tenders, as well as subcontractor management and specialist roles in visual systems. Previously, from December 2005 to October 2009, Vardi served as a System Engineer at BVR Systems, focusing on training and simulation systems, while earlier experience includes R&D engineering at the IDF from November 1999 to December 2005. Vardi holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Netanya Academic College.
