Avi Shtoff has extensive experience in engineering and IT management, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of IT4E at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2019, overseeing engineering infrastructure, platforms, and cloud services. Prior to this role, Avi Shtoff was the R&D Director of Infrastructure and Customer Engineering at Cyberbit from 2015 to 2018, managing diverse teams responsible for DevOps and IT system architecture. Avi Shtoff began a significant career at NICE Ltd, where roles spanned from R&D Cyber System Engineer to Technical Project Manager Team Leader, focusing on system integration and product implementation. Education includes ongoing studies at The Open University of Israel and a technician degree from the IAF Technical Academy.
