Heidi Villa has a strong work experience in the financial industry, primarily with Elavon, Inc. Heidi started their career with Elavon in 2011 as a Relationship Manager and later took on the role of Channel Manager for the Southeast region. In 2014, they became the Director of Customer Success, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Heidi then transitioned to a role as Director of Strategic Initiatives in 2017, before being promoted to Sr. Director of Sales Change. Heidi currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales Change and Enablement, a role they started in August 2022.
Heidi Villa holds a Bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Heidi has also obtained additional certifications including PMC Level I, PMC Level II, PMC Level III from Pragmatic Institute, and Certified Payments Professional from Electronic Transactions Association. Heidi is also a Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc.
