Eric Horgan has a strong background in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on payment products and services. Eric began their career at Trintech as a Professional Services Manager and then moved on to Elavon Europe, where they served as a Programme Manager for M&A Integrations. Horgan then joined Pinnacle Project Partners as a Management Consultant before returning to Elavon Europe as the Head of Product. Eric later joined Realex Payments as the Head of Product before transitioning back to Elavon Europe as the Managing Director of Merchant Services in Ireland. Most recently, Horgan served as the Product Leader and Chief Product Officer for Elavon Europe, where they led the development and optimization of payment products and also oversaw project management and card scheme management. Throughout their career, Horgan has demonstrated their leadership capabilities and expertise in strategy, project management, and e-commerce product development.

Eric Horgan completed a Professional Diploma in Digital Transformation in Financial Services (Level 9) from University College Dublin in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Master of Business Studies (Information Systems) from University College Dublin in 1997. Eric'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Commerce - BComm with a focus on Accounting, also from University College Dublin, which they completed in 1995.
