Pat combiones his exceptional commercial and technical knowledge to oversees all customer related activities. During more than 23 years of service with the business, Pat has worked across all areas including Servicing, Engineering and Manufacturing.

The insights gained during Pat’s time working with clients around the country led to the implementation of the company’s highly regarded Customer Relationship Management program, which focuses on maintaining alliances between our teams and our customers to ensure goals are achieved with maximum efficiency and customer input is fed back into our continual improvement processes. Pat also helped develop and facilitate mineral processing courses for Elastomers Australia staff.
