Marguerite Linteau has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Marguerite is currently the Area Director of Operation Hospice North Texas at Elara Caring since 2024. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Director of Business Development at Charter Healthcare from 2023 to 2024. From 2022 to 2023, they served as the Hospice Director at Medical City Hospice and Family Care. Before that, they were the Detroit Hospice Director at Brookdale from 2019 to 2023. From 2011 to 2023, they owned and operated Linteau Telehealth Consulting LLC. Marguerite also has experience as a Hospice and Palliative Care Liaison at Henry Ford Allegiance Health from 2018 to 2019. Marguerite worked at Compassus as the Executive Director from 2015 to 2018. Marguerite held multiple roles at Critical Signal Technologies (CST) from 2006 to 2015, including Chief Clinical Officer Telehealth and Executive Vice President of Sales. Marguerite began their career as the Chief Operations Officer at Crossroads Homecare in 2005 and worked as the General Manager at Guardian Medical Monitoring from 1998 to 2005.

Marguerite Linteau attended Kellogg Community College from 1980 to 1981, where they obtained a Licence Practical Nurse degree in the field of nursing.
