Jennifer Harman currently serves as Project Manager at Humana since May 2023 and also holds the position of Manager of Partner Services at Elara Caring since September 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with nurse case managers and clinical branches to provide patient care for hospice and home health services, along with managing 20 direct reports. Previously, Jennifer worked at Humana from September 2002 to December 2018 as Operations Manager, overseeing up to 6 direct reports and supporting a large team of Frontline Specialists while focusing on continuous performance improvement to meet operational service levels.
