Byron Payton, MBA, RN, ITIL, currently serves as the Director of the ServiceNow Platform at Elara Caring since March 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Director, ServiceNow Platform at Radiology Partners from 2019 to March 2023, and Director, IT Service Management at Desert Radiology between 2017 and 2019. Byron began a career in healthcare as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Desert Springs Hospital in 2017. Additionally, Byron held managerial roles at HonorHealth, focusing on Client Technology Engineering, and at Marsh & McLennan Companies, overseeing Global Software Deployment and Regional Technology initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, a BBA from William Penn University, and a Nursing Diploma from Iowa Methodist School of Nursing.
