Aimee Ortego has held various roles in the sales operations and support field. Aimee is currently working as the Vice President of Sales Operations at Elara Caring, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Sales Operations & Analytics at the same company, starting in December 2021. Aimee Ortego also has experience at LHC Group, where they held the position of Director of Sales Support from December 2018 to November 2020. Before that, they served as the Sales Support Manager from September 2017 to December 2018 and as the Sales Growth Coordinator from March 2015 to September 2017.

Aimee Ortego obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Scrum, including "Scrum: Advanced" and "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in 2021.
