Jaime Navidad is a Client Relationship Manager at Elaniin since June 2022, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining client and associate relationships and ensuring their needs are met. Prior to this, Jaime served as a Customer Care Team Leader at The Office Gurus, managing a team to achieve performance goals and providing training on updates, and as a Senior Customer Service Associate, handling inquiries and suggesting improvements. Previous experience includes roles at One Call Care Management as a Transport & Translate Coordinator and Debt Collector, and as a Customer Contact Representative at TELUS International Central America. Jaime holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Francisco Gavidia and a Diplomatura in Automoción y mecánica del automóvil from Escuela Especializada en Ingeniería ITCA FEPADE, in addition to a High School Diploma from Liceo Salvadoreño.
