Ryan McKergow is an experienced leader in digital and enterprise solutions with a proven track record at Cprime | Elabor8 since January 2013. As the Group Manager for Digital & Enterprise Solutions, Ryan oversees a national team of Delivery Consultants and Contractors, focusing on the successful delivery of technology projects that align with client strategies. Previously, Ryan managed the Queensland office, led the establishment of the Brisbane practice, and served as a lead consultant and senior consultant, working with major Australian firms to implement agile methodologies. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at Suncorp, contributing to large-scale Human Resources projects for over 15,000 employees. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Corporate Systems Management in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, achieved between 2007 and 2009.
