Matthias Schwegmann has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Matthias started their career as an intern in finance management at ROSEN in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a project controller at ZF Friedrichshafen. In 2012, Matthias worked as a working student in customer service at IKEA Group. Prior to that, in 2011, they were a student assistant in management support systems at Universität Osnabrück and an intern in controlling at Röchling Engineering Plastics KG. Since 2016, Matthias has been working at ELA Container, where they held various roles such as project and process manager and currently serves as the head of process and project management.
Matthias Schwegmann has a diverse educational background and has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Matthias completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Administration at Universität Osnabrück from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration from the same university, graduating in 2014.
As part of their academic journey, Matthias also attended the University of Jyväskylä in 2013 and 2014, where they completed another Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration.
In 2017, Matthias enrolled in the University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems. Matthias is expected to complete this program in 2022.
Furthermore, Matthias Schwegmann has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Matthias obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in December 2021. In the same month, they also acquired the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO1) certification from Scrum.org.
In December 2020, Matthias earned the Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) certification from Scrum.org. Prior to that, in February 2019, they obtained the DGQ Process Manager certification from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ). In October 2018, Matthias achieved the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from PeopleCert.
