América Valenzuela is a seasoned writer and collaborator with extensive experience in science and health journalism. Currently serving as a writer for El Independiente since October 2016 and contributing to ECOVIDRIO's blog on recycling since February 2016, América has also participated in Onda Cero Radio's program 'Por fin no es lunes' since January 2018. Previous roles include collaborating on Boxfish TV's "Dame Veneno," writing for Hearst Magazines' QUO magazine, and contributing to various media outlets like M80 Rádio and infoLibre.es.
